Most of the photo shoots I have done thus far, have been very fun and easy to do.  I love capturing moments for people that they can look at and remember a very special time in their life.  It was really cool to get to hang out with the Evans Family and take photos of their little 6 month old.  They were really cool with me experimenting with different posing and they were all naturals at just hanging out and letting me get some really nice candids.  I am still constantly learning so much about photography.  I think North Face’s logo/theme/tag line is Never Stop Exploring.  I know I am not the first to say this, but with photography I plan to Never Stop Learning.  There is so much to learn, explore, and experiment with.  I used some props for this shoot and they worked pretty well.  The old brown bucket is a go to for any shoot in which the child is not yet mobile.  My favorite photo from the shoot was a shot of Noah in the buck just looking up at me with his piercing eyes.  One thing I love about babies is how intently they will stare.  I just happened to be able to capture it at just the right moment.  My wife, Katie helped a ton to get Noah’s attention.  She is an excellent assistant and amazing partner.  She has really been encouraging me to forge ahead full steam with my photography.  It is good to surround yourself with people who will encourage you to do the things that you want to do and accomplish, but may be slightly reluctant about.
